This program is an employment readiness program involving a series of 10 events in 2021 helping young people gain the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the ever-challenging job market.

The FORWARD Program is here to support more young people into employment and help build the skills need for jobs of the future.
We are offering a range of Masterclasses and online events where you can learn from leading experts and employers about what job options are available, what they look for in CVs, applications and interviews!
Our practical Workshops will help you supercharge your CV, boost your interview technique, test your key skills and get the opportunity to ask employers those burning questions to help you get your dream job!

The FORWARD Program
If you are a young person aged 18 - 30 living or studying in the Westminster area...then this is the program for you.
FORWARD is an exciting program launching in June 2021, involving series of events, running from June through to September 2021. Westminster Foundation are supporting this program to help solve this growing issue, to positively impact the lives of young people living and studying in the Westminster & Southwark districts of London.

Drop into our interactive workshops & Masterclasses where we discuss real world problems that are affecting you and offer solutions and insights.
We'll be covering what to look for in a job description, remote working, working in the tech industry, interview practice, using social media to get a job and much more. Some BIG questions, with some interesting discussions and great insights to help you move forward with your career goals!
Turn up, come armed with your burning questions, we'll pitch them to our expert speakers and get the answers you need!
Talent 54 Weekends are 54-hour long weekend experience where we deep dive in on key skills to help you work on your career plans.
Each day follows a particular theme and with focused masterclasses and opportunities to learn through practice too! Gain first had experience tackling some of the biggest business problems, boost your confidence, knowledge and long-term employability skills.
This program is a unique opportunity to push your skillset and time to move your personal and professional development forward.

A: Thanks to Westminster Foundation, the events are FREE to attend so long as you are between the ages of 18 – 25 and live or study in the districts in the city of Westminster or borough of Southwalk.
