My name is Candice Nora Akomea Bonsu, and I’m 14 years old. I come from the central region of Ghana and stay in the Ashanti region of Ghana. I am proud to be an ambassador because I love promoting brands. I’m also a young entrepreneur. I crochet items and promote my small scale business on Instagram (@crochet_couture_gh), where people place orders, and I make it for them.

Before the program started, I was a bit shy. But at the induction service, I set a goal that after the program, I will be very confident and encourage young women in my community to get a job in the STEM field because they believe the best place for females is the kitchen. Some fun facts about me are that I love to crochet, sew, read my science textbook, listen to music, be a team player, and of course, read!
