The FORWARD Program
If you are a young person aged 16 - 25 living in the Westminster area...then this is the program for you.
FORWARD is an exciting program launching in March 2021, involving 10 individual events, running from March through to September 2021. We're running FORWARD to support more young people into jobs and help build the skills we need for jobs of the future. Westminster Foundation are supporting this program to help solve this growing issue, to positively impact the lives of young people in the Westminster district of London.
The FORWARD program features 10 different events.

Speaker Sessions & Panel Discussions
Drop into our speaker and panel sessions where we discuss real world problems that are affecting you and offer solutions and insights.
We'll be covering what to look for in a job description, how to deal with rejections, interview practice and how to stay resilient. Some BIG questions, with some interesting discussions and great insights to help you move forward with your career goals!
Turn up, come armed with your burning questions, we'll pitch them to our expert speakers and get the answers you need!
Get to put YOUR CV in front of experienced and successful entrepreneurs and get their feedback on how you can improve it!
Get an opportunity to chat to successful entrepreneurs, find out what they look for in CVs and learn what works to get you that interview!
Come ready to take notes and take action to create a killer CV to help you move forward to that dream job!
Talent 54 Weekends are 54-hour long weekend experience where we deep dive in on key skills to help you work on your career plans.
Each day follows a particular theme and with focused masterclasses and opportunities to learn through practice too! Gain first had experience tackling some of the biggest business problems, boost your confidence, knowledge and long-term employability skills.
This program is a unique opportunity to push your skillset and time to move your personal and professional development forward.
