Are you an entrepreneur looking for advice or funding? We're seeking innovative early-stage businesses to pitch at the next Pitch Day in partnership with Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland.

Pitch Day brings together entrepreneurs and established industry leaders from all around the UK to create an invaluable networking and mentoring experience.

Wednesday 26 May, 10am - 12.30pm

The next Foundervine Pitch Day, taking place on 26th May, will give some of the UK's most exciting startups led by diverse founders the opportunity to pitch their ventures and get feedback from industry experts. Startup pitches will be divided by industry.

Pitch Day is a national business challenge designed to showcase and accelerate diverse founder-led businesses across the UK. Foundervine is partnering with Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland to provide innovating startups with this unique opportunity to build networks, foster collaboration and drive forward innovation.

Our Advisory Panel are looking to find ground-breaking solutions that are actively seeking investment or will be in the next 12 months. 

Founders must provide evidence that they are:

  • Meeting a clear market need and have the potential to scale;

  • Using technology to drive innovation;

  • Founders and/or C suite of a UK company registered with Companies House; 

  • At least one Black founder or C suite.

Who should attend?

Founders are invited to pitch at Pitch Day, where entrepreneurs, industry leaders and funders will be present. You will be given 3 minutes to present your idea, followed by open feedback from the Advisory Panel and selected audience. Feedback will be provided from our Advisory Panel and audience for each startup that participates in Demo Day. 

Investors and funders are invited to attend to connect with promising UK startups.

Entrepreneurs, professionals and students are invited to learn more about exciting talent emerging from the startup ecosystem, discover innovative new business models and make new professional connections.

Q: Who is eligible to pitch at Pitch Day?

Founders must provide evidence that they are:

  • Meeting a clear market need and have the potential to scale;

  • Using technology to drive innovation;

  • Founders and/or C suite of a UK company registered with Companies House; 

  • At least one Black founder or C suite;

  • Able to attend a screening call with Foundervine and Lloyds Bank in May;

  • Able to commit to Pitching on 26th May, 10am - 12.30pm

Q: How much does the event cost?

  • Pitch Day is free to participate in for eligible applicants. It is also free to attend as a guest.

Q: Can I attend Pitch Day as a guest?

  • Absolutely. This event has been specifically designed for an audience of industry representatives, attendees from the investment ecosystem, startups, accelerators and innovation houses working on supporting and acceleration diverse ventures.

 

Q: Will all pitches be recorded?

  • The businesses selected to pitch will be asked to record a 3 min video in advance with a live virtual Q+A segment from the judges. Pitches will be made available on request following Pitch Day
