Under her leadership, Broken Flames has partnered with leading charities, collaborated with BAFTA winners, and been featured by outlets including Grazia, Variety, Huffington Post, Refinery29, and Deadline. The company also runs low-cost workshops, a Film Fund, and Mentorship Programmes with free access for emerging creatives. Drawing from lived experience, Ella is an ambassador for teenage mental health charity stem4 and a recipient of the Diana Award for social action.

A dyslexic educator and advocate, Marlon has partnered with schools, corporates, and researchers globally, and was recognised as a UK 100 Black entrepreneur by Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD Foundation.
