Preparing for the exit!

For many founders, raising initial rounds of investment is only the beginning of the journey. What comes next is often less discussed: planning for an eventual exit. Whether that takes the form of an IPO, acquisition, secondary sale, or other liquidity event, understanding the available pathways is essential for making informed strategic decisions.

In this session, delivered in partnership with the London Stock Exchange, we’ll dive into the realities of scaling beyond Series A and preparing for exit. Through an exclusive fireside chat with a founder who has successfully listed their business and navigated the exit process, you’ll gain unique insights into what it takes to get liquidity and the lessons learned along the way.
