A Studio for Strategic Growth

The Southwark Impact Growth Studio is an 18-month programme supporting growth-stage social enterprises and impact-led organisations ready for their next phase. Delivered by Foundervine in partnership with Southwark Council, the Studio is designed for founders who have built viable models and are now seeking long-term financial sustainability, stronger systems, and responsible scale.

This is an applied, precision support for established leaders transitioning from grant reliance towards investment readiness, market expansion and resilient trading models - while strengthening their social and environmental impact across the borough.

Participants will also access milestone-based grant funding of up to £25,000.

Building Sustainable Impact at Scale

Through structured modules, tailored mentoring, grant funding and direct access to investors and industry partners, participants refine their strategy, strengthen governance, and embed impact into the core of their growth plans. The Studio creates a focused environment where mission-driven founders build confidence engaging with capital, partnerships and procurement opportunities.

Process Criteria

Application process

A rigorous three-stage application process will be used to ensure each selected founder is well-positioned to benefit from the programme and contribute meaningfully to the cohort. To be considered, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria and demonstrate alignment with the programme's goals.

Stage 1

Written application

Stage 2

Interview

Shortlisted Stage 1 applicants will be asked to book a 30-minute virtual interview with the Foundervine team.

Stage 3

Final Selection

Successful Stage 2 applicants will receive an invitation to join the accelerator and have 72 hours to confirm their place.

2026 timeline

There are only 30 spaces available on this unique 10-week programme, delivered through a combination of virtual and in-person events from July 2026 through to September 2026.
