Chantel Daniel is the founder of The Good Coffee Project (TGCP), a multi-ethnic, female-led coffee brand committed to transforming the industry through sustainable sourcing, ethical trade, and inclusivity. TGCP works directly with underrepresented farmers in the Caribbean, Africa, and Latin America, ensuring fair compensation and transparency across its supply chain. Operating across both e-commerce and B2B channels, TGCP has processed over 1,000 transactions, built a community of 5,000+ followers, and secured 10 corporate clients, including Dean Forbes and award-winning chef Ayesha Kalaji. The business has been recognised by Foundervine and WinTrade Global, and is expanding into sustainable coffee products and blockchain-based traceability. Chantel’s vision is to scale TGCP to £1 million in revenue while championing Caribbean coffee on the global stage.

Joanne English is the founder and director of Queertopia Consortium CIC, a community-led organisation working to improve access, visibility, and belonging for LGBTQIA+ individuals, with a particular focus on those from the global majority. With over a decade of experience across health and social care—including criminal justice, substance misuse, and community wellbeing—Joanne brings a trauma-informed, co-produced, and partnership-driven approach to her work. A neurodiverse, Black British lesbian and first-generation Windrush descendant, Joanne founded Queertopia to address the systemic barriers often faced by marginalised communities. The organisation delivers monthly forums, inclusive training, and culturally relevant events, and has built strong partnerships with local authorities, ICBs, and grassroots groups. A graduate of the School for Social Entrepreneurs, Joanne has been recognised as a runner-up in two categories at the Business Women Club Awards, including Startup of the Year and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
